Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. wallo88 aims to process GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. wallo88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and transactions on the wallo88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). wallo88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

wallo88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your wallo88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
wallo88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to dispute) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wallo88 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
